3. Storage management System
We have raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse and anoncenforming product warehouse, all the material should be stored at fixed area.
4.Packing System
We have many years’ experience to serve European and Japanese customers, here are many reliable packign solutions options. We also have professional packaging eggineer to design suitable packing according to customer’s demand.
5. QC System
Whe have 30 QC staffs, and 5 of them have years experience of QC management. The QC system covers all the quality control procedures such as incoming inspection, process control, finished products inspection,, Reliability test and RoHS management.
We have 20 testing equipment and strict testing process to promise every product is qualified.
6. Inspection before delivery
Sampling inspect according to standards of finished product inspection, sampling and package.
7. After sales system
To protect customer’s benefit, we will reply customer within one hour when there is quality complaint. Also we need customer’s assistant to provide relevant pictures and videos, and finish the accident investigation within24 hours. If it is our responsibility, we will give 8D report within 48 hours, and all the defective product will be returned or replaced.
